As a result, the job he said woul take 4 days was less than half done after over a month. So I fired him and I went to Angi's and within a day I received 3 quotes. I went with Custom Paving and they started the very next day and were done in 3 days. Justin, the owner, was there every day and was very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Custom Paving. They saved me!"

"Fantastic! He was the first contractor to contact me and he was by far the lowest cost. I had about 120’ of sidewalk and a couple 9’x12’ slabs to replace. Existing was poured in the early 1900’s. 3x thicker than what I think he expected along with several granite slabs I had for stairs. Andy and his guys still made quick work of it. The elevation of my existing walkway was awful. Standing water and an ice rink in the middle. I know he used 3x more fill than he expected to make it right. Laying out the new walkway he had some design suggestions that my wife loved. Again I know it was more work than he initially expected. The finished work and cleanup was great. Some contractors have an upcharge for every little thing. He stood by his quote. Being a contractor ,of a different trade myself, I could not in good conscience not pay him a little more. I still paid hundreds less than the next closest ESTIMATE. I couldn’t be happier and I will have him back in the spring to replace the other side of the house. Well done Andy and crew."

Joseph Garies, North East Development LLC, RI License #GC-17083 CRLB Complaint C-25-78 Friday (03/28/2025) Joseph Garies asked me to pay (in full) him for these two contracts works. He promised that he will complete everything next day Saturday (03/29/2025) and Monday (03/31/2025). Friday Joseph Garies received the payment he requested and left. Joseph Gari didn’t show up Saturday. He didn’t show up Monday. Monday afternoon (03/31/2025) I got a text message from him, that he doesn’t want to do anything. It is not first Joe Garies takes customers money and run away. Actually, it’s a criminal act. ANGY Gail C. 06/2024 I hired Joe Garies…... I paid him in full. However, he did not finish the project. He gave me excuse after excuse, saying he would finish the project and be there on a particular day, but then that day would come, and Joe would send a text giving me a new excuse that he could not make it…... He said he would fix it when he returned to finish the job. That never happened…… Joseph Garies left the contract work unfinished with many defects. On May 7 Joe Garies agreed to compete the contract but so far it is not done. Joe Garries installed the water valves backwards (upside down). So, the valves operate wrongly. As a result: instead of a hot water we have a cold water and verse vise. I’m afraid to use it. Joe Garies installed veneer stone completely unprofessional: a) at the corners veneers should cut tight (no gap), cut at 45 degrees (similar wood boards); b) the top should be made of a flat flagstone. During the sidewall disassembly you removed Black Timber LOK Screws, about 78 pcs. Since you left the work, these screws are missing. Joe Garies destroys customers properties where he worked. ANGY Brian D. hired Joe Garies. 04/2025 WORST experience ever! If i could rate with negative stars, …..The "company" arrived at least 3 hours late every day to begin work. Owner was asking for money every day. The company left the broken pipe and sheetrock onsite and still haven't picked it up. They destroyed my lawn, cracked my entire concrete driveway that now needs replacement. They also punctured a gutter and garage trim (they did fix gutter and some trim). I now have to also regrade lawn, and fix trim. I do have to add they pulled one shrub as part of the job. They did pull out 3 other shrubs for me, which Joe offered for the work. He continuously told me he did the shrubs as a favor, and should be viewed as "helping me out" and should help to overlook some of the other issues/damage that occurred. This "company" shouldn't be allowed to be in business! Working on the Stone Installation project Joe Garies severely damaged / ruined the stamping concrete patio. To clean it costs $840.00 I sent to Joe Garies a number of emails, asking him to finish the contract. He promised each day to be here, but he never showed up."

"????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "

"I used this company for a number of years and the overall service is no longer the same. I had them over to clean my gutters and I witnessed ladders slamming against the side of my house and they tore one of the edges from the corner of my roof with their step ladder. I will not use them going forward."

"We could not be happier with the work Dan Giron and his guys did for us. It was a very big, very difficult job and one we did not want to tackle. Dan and his guys did an amazing job and the ceiling came out exactly the way we wanted it. He and his team were on time, worked extremely hard for three days and left my house immaculate. We will have them come back to paint as soon as the cabinets are in and we are ready. We highly recommend Giron Painting."
