"George has provided handyman services at my home in the past. Early 2021, I hired Ocean State Property Services to do a kitchen renovation. It did not go as planned due to supply chain disruption and freight carrier delays that resulted in my cabinets arriving damaged from the manufacturer, this did not sit well with OSPS and they quit the job early. George and his team did a great job with the demolition, plumbing and industry connections (i.e. flooring, countertops, plastering). The downside was inefficient communication and negative attitude stemming from the contractor's frustration. In the end, George did not complete the job but left on amicable terms. I would hire George again for another job that had "less moving parts" to it. PS His helpers are fantastic!"

"I had to get my bathroom renovated due to improper work from seller of the house. I had Stephan come in march of 2021. he did a great job. However, my caulking around all of my brand new tub walls, has started coming off. so i called to have him come out to recalk. he said that he would be able to come on Wednesday the 23rd at 8-830 am. today i get a text stating that he cant make it that day and sorry for the inconvenience. i then asked ok when can we reschedule for. he read the text and never replied. i asked if it could be next week. he again read the message and never replied. I then messaged again and he hasn't read it, along with leaving him a voicemail after just 1 ring. if he decides to not get back to me, I will get my lawyer involved for not complying with his guarantee."

They completed the entire job in one day and my roof is 2,000 square feet, so it's a sizable roof. The team was very careful to protect my gardens, they moved plants, lawn furniture and put everything back they in place before they left. The clean up was impeccable! "i have been acting as an agent/advocate for my mom who is 87. she had a roof installed which has had numerous leaks. 2 in garage (now taken care of) where solar lines go through to roof panels.; 1 from improperly sealed window (also ok now) leaking into 3 season porch, causing water damage; 1 around improperly flashed chimney (paid another company $1800 to repair), and now, another one where roof meets vertical end wall of house (leaking into 2nd floor ceiling and down wall into kitchen). Have been calling company for OVER A MONTH and still have not gotten any help from them. They DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!!! Customer service (Ashley and Ryan) have both "left messages for Jesse" as well as "reaching out to him personally". I now have left messages on his cell, and WILL BE FILING COMPLAINT WITH BBB, Office of Elderly Affairs, AG, and State Board of Licensing!! ****STAY AWAY*** ***READ REVIEWS*** (here AND on other sites!!)"
