"Problem: Fractured drain pipe inside basement foundation wall. Outstanding work by all involved. Marybeth was very courteous on the phone. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the requirement and quoted an estimate of cost. Done Right's price was similar to the other two bids. All were about $1K higher than expected; but probably reasonable in light of the +4 hours of hard labor involved. The following week. Colin and Jamiel arrived on time, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work. They manually excavated +3 feet of dirt and clay between the vent pipe and outside wall, and removed the fractured section of drain pipe. They discovered the main drain line had settled deeper into the ground, which probably caused the pipe to split inside the basement. They expanded the original opening in the foundation wall to align and connect the old and new pieces, applied hydralic cement to fill the gaps, refilled the hole, and cleaned up the entire work areas, including the front entry way. Jamiel and Ryan did an outstanding and professional job, working expertly together as a team. Unfortunately when it rained heavily three days later, there was water seeping through the concrete patch. Two days later, Done Right sent Ryan and Adam to correct the issue. They chished out the cement and completely resealed the entire area. Fortunately, when it rained again, the new cement patch worked fine with no leaks. Adam and Ryan did an outstanding jod. Done Right honored its three year warranty for parts and labor. We will call Done Right again for our future plumbing needs and recommend to neighbors for their quality workmanship, commitment to excellence, courtesy, and professionalism."

"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. They cleared it on Sunday night and were checking the line upstream from where the plug was to make sure everything was clear. Thank You Kyle. Thank you Zoom Drain Norristown. Highly recommended !!"

"Brandon showed up early, explained what would be required, and gave me a solid estimate. Really had to work hard at accessing the tub plumbing (I live in a small condo) and cutting away the corroded metal 1970s pipes. Never thought I'd be so glad to see plastic! When he discovered rust around the tub drain, he suggested some ways I could save $$ (rather than replacing the entire tub, which would also require replacing shower tiles too). I always trust a guy who could upsell you on something but gives you options instead. Very professional, quick, and a nice guy to boot! Do yourself a favor and give A1 a call."

I had a long-standing problem with water in my basement. A couple of times a year when it would rain very hard I would get water in one corner of my basement. AJ provided me with a thorough and very professional assessment of the potential problems and I chose him over several other contractors based on his knowledge, straight-forward approach, and strong online reviews.

 AJ and his team did an outstanding job installing/repairing our French drain, installing new sump pumps, and repairing holes in the exterior wall. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in one day as promised. The quality of the work was excellent. And what really impressed me was that they went to great lengths to isolate and protect both the other parts of the basement and all of the items in the basement from the areas where they were working. As another reviewer mentioned, they cleaned up so well that it was if they were never there. AJ also followed-up to make sure everything was OK. "After being on hold with another local well-known company for over five minutes, I was pleased to have my call answered right away by Mattioni's. They sent a technician out right away, gave me a reasonable/high estimate; explained the need for the expansion tank and the gas pipe grounding. Work was done later that day. Technician was a bit chatty, and did need to return the next day to fix a very small leak, which they did for obviously no charge. All in all, we were pleased, and would use them again.
