They actually were able to do the work earlier than originally scheduled. They and their crew arrived early and completed the work expertly. Our soil is so clay impacted that they had to use a jackhammer to dig down to expose the sewer pipe. Ross also replaced our kitchen sink drainpipe. It was child's play for him. I give Paradigm Plumbing my highest rating."

"A1 Handyman & Plumbing Services saved my house. I moved into a home built in 1925 and after three months noticed an open, leaking pipe in the basement ceiling. Water was pouring out of it, to provide a more accurate description. Sean from A1 came to the house. He investigated the leaking pipe further and discovered not only serious plumbing issues (multiple pipes connected to the same main drainage pipe) but also an abandoned oil tank was hidden behind the drywall; the consequences of neglect and thriftiness from the previous owners. The huge tank made it impossible to reroute the pipes properly. Sean removed the oil tank, ripped up the subfloor, and reorganized the pipes correctly. The inspector had failed to see this issue and the previous owners did not disclose it. Sean's honesty and professionalism was a blessing and a nice change of a pace from my homeowning experience to date. He's a plumbing guru as far as I'm concerned, not to mention a gifted problem solver. I've hired him again for a different issue and will continue to do so when needed in the future."

"Zoom Drain was great !! Everything was explained by Rob on Friday when he came out. Service was provided the day we called due to hearing gurgleing in the kitchen sink when the toilet was flushed. Rob found a blockage in the drain box outside our house which he cleared. On Sunday we found that we were still having some brief water backup into our basement laundry tub when the bathroom toilet was flushed, Kyle came out that afternoon and determined that part of the issue was that the Municipal Sanitary Drain was running slow. Kyle even pulled the Municipal Manhole cover in the street to confirm that the water level was much higher than expected. He spent the time to make sure our drain was as clear as possible and even called our local borough office to inform them that the Municipal drain seemed to have a blockage. We saw a truck on our street this morning and were informed that a large grease plug was found in the municipal drain on the street next to ours. "we had old drain system partially and working sum pump and old sum pump well that was just covered. instead of installing new French drain system entire basement, AJ recommended to install the area that did not have old drain system against the wall, which saved the money. Also, they fill the old sum pump well, add 2nd sum pump that new French drain is connected, added hole to drain water from humidifier. Also because they cleaned the molds and took away any thing in the basement had the mold. All this in one day. The basement hadn't had any water came in to the basement since then. We are very pleased with their work."

"Problem: Fractured drain pipe inside basement foundation wall. Outstanding work by all involved. Marybeth was very courteous on the phone. Ryan arrived on time, assessed the requirement and quoted an estimate of cost. Done Right's price was similar to the other two bids. All were about $1K higher than expected; but probably reasonable in light of the +4 hours of hard labor involved. The following week. Colin and Jamiel arrived on time, assessed the situation, and quickly went to work. They manually excavated +3 feet of dirt and clay between the vent pipe and outside wall, and removed the fractured section of drain pipe. They discovered the main drain line had settled deeper into the ground, which probably caused the pipe to split inside the basement. They expanded the original opening in the foundation wall to align and connect the old and new pieces, applied hydralic cement to fill the gaps, refilled the hole, and cleaned up the entire work areas, including the front entry way. Jamiel and Ryan did an outstanding and professional job, working expertly together as a team. Unfortunately when it rained heavily three days later, there was water seeping through the concrete patch. Two days later, Done Right sent Ryan and Adam to correct the issue. They chished out the cement and completely resealed the entire area. Fortunately, when it rained again, the new cement patch worked fine with no leaks. Adam and Ryan did an outstanding jod. Done Right honored its three year warranty for parts and labor. We will call Done Right again for our future plumbing needs and recommend to neighbors for their quality workmanship, commitment to excellence, courtesy, and professionalism."

"After being on hold with another local well-known company for over five minutes, I was pleased to have my call answered right away by Mattioni's. They sent a technician out right away, gave me a reasonable/high estimate; explained the need for the expansion tank and the gas pipe grounding. Work was done later that day.
