I’ve had several water proofers give me their opinion and an estimate. Most wanted to install a French drain under my basement floor and a sump pump for $9,000+. My concerns with this is that water was not coming up from the ground, but down from the bilco doors. A.J. from A.J. Waterproofing came to look at my problem the same day I called him.
