He investigated the leaking pipe further and discovered not only serious plumbing issues (multiple pipes connected to the same main drainage pipe) but also an abandoned oil tank was hidden behind the drywall; the consequences of neglect and thriftiness from the previous owners.  AJ and his team did an outstanding job installing/repairing our French drain, installing new sump pumps, and repairing holes in the exterior wall. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in one day as promised. The quality of the work was excellent. And what really impressed me was that they went to great lengths to isolate and protect both the other parts of the basement and all of the items in the basement from the areas where they were working. As another reviewer mentioned, they cleaned up so well that it was if they were never there. AJ also followed-up to make sure everything was OK.
