Lenny and Kenny did an excellent job fixing my electric dryer. Out of all the technicians I contacted on Sunday night, they were the first to respond. Lenny even called me around 7 AM Monday to let me know they were available that same day! They arrived within the promised time frame, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and clean. Both were friendly, professional, and completely transparent about pricing, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future!

2 guys were friendly and did fix the problem but charged entirely too, too much. They took advantage of my wife there by herself. Replaced a igniter on the oven and charged $458.00. He never left a recipt, said he would text it or email. Haven't gotten it yet plus I have a new sealed asphalt driveway that the turned the tires and damaged the asphalt. I will never use them again.

REALLY and drive way, I drove off nice and smooth in front of your wife. If this really was true, why didn't you call me why and check your email? I did send out the receipt. I really don't know what your intentions are. Additionally, your wife was extremely happy with the stove getting fixed, and that is why I always tell all my customers stay there while I am fixing your appliance."

When it comes to ovens, Lennie seems like more of a ?parts changer? than a professional capable of diagnosing and troubleshooting the specific issue. Our oven was making ignition but no gas was being released, he thought it was the valves so he changed them and brought igniters incase he needed them. Turned out to be the motherboard on the oven. Since he had changed the valves he charged us for the valves and the motherboard. Took 3 + weeks to repair and charged $495.25, a new oven is $700. Majority of the cost was labor. I added up all of the time he spent at our house and he charges about $174 / hr for labor. When I ask how much he charges for labor his answer is ? I don't charge hr rate I charge for my knowledge time gas one flat rate depending name brand appliance.? The oven is repaired and works for now, but we were overcharged. If it were a real professional, they would have diagnosed the issue correctly the first time and changing a motherboard takes 15 minutes.

You were not there to handle business, always complaining and worrying about an invoice so you can scam your landlord for deductible for rent. Not good, Dave, for making up lies. We hired Lenny Handyman through HomeAdvisor to repair fridge and oven after power surge. Everything ?kind of? got repaired, but there were continuing problems. Lenny?s communication with us, at the beginning, was good, but as more issues arose, communication deteriorated. We would DEFINITELY NOT recommend him, and would not use him again. Too bad, because he was a nice guy, however he did not have the necessary expertise to fix the problems from the start, and stopped returning our calls and messages. Trust me when I say he made his money on this job. Communication, and knowledge/expertise for the job is key - Lenny HandyMan did not fit the bill. Ultimately, both appliances needed to be replaced.

I am new in the area, and I was in need for someone to repair my kegerator. I had a lot of trouble trying to find someone, but Lenny showed interest in helping me out. Once I explained him that it is basically a fridge and shared pictures, he got the job. He visited me to make an initial assessment and ordered some parts. I paid the parts and 50% of labor upfront via PayPal. He came back to do my house with the parts 5 days later and did the repair. He did not use all the parts, but he told me he could return and refund me. After one week, the kegerator is working perfectly and the refunded me $148 for the unused parts. I am grateful for having found Lenny. He is technically proficient and very honest. I will surely hire him again if needed.

They did a great job. My only issue was multiple people showed up at different times to look at my garbage disposal, and I had only spoken to one person. I’m not sure if that was a miscommunication through their company or through Angi, but the guy I spoke to on the phone, wasn’t the guy who completed the job, but he showed up about 10 mins later when they were already in the middle of replacing my garbage disposal, which made it a bit awkward, but again, they did a great job.

They also quickly fixed a DYI sink issue, by reconnecting the plumbing on a new sink. Lenny diagnosed the need to replace ice makers in Frig. Wanted paid up front. Previous job went well. I agreed to sign credit card pmt. Next day ice makers started to work. I cancelled. He agreed and said cr to cr card would take a few days. No action came from cr cd company. He agreed to send a refund check. It came, I deposited, it bounced. No communication from him since.
