Lenny was extremely professional. Prompt, fair pricing and great work.

We hired Lenny Handyman through HomeAdvisor to repair fridge and oven after power surge. Everything ?kind of? got repaired, but there were continuing problems. Lenny?s communication with us, at the beginning, was good, but as more issues arose, communication deteriorated. We would DEFINITELY NOT recommend him, and would not use him again. Too bad, because he was a nice guy, however he did not have the necessary expertise to fix the problems from the start, and stopped returning our calls and messages. Trust me when I say he made his money on this job. Communication, and knowledge/expertise for the job is key - Lenny HandyMan did not fit the bill. Ultimately, both appliances needed to be replaced.

I am satisfied with his work. I’ll hire him again if I need to.

I am new in the area, and I was in need for someone to repair my kegerator. I had a lot of trouble trying to find someone, but Lenny showed interest in helping me out. Once I explained him that it is basically a fridge and shared pictures, he got the job. He visited me to make an initial assessment and ordered some parts. I paid the parts and 50% of labor upfront via PayPal. He came back to do my house with the parts 5 days later and did the repair. He did not use all the parts, but he told me he could return and refund me. After one week, the kegerator is working perfectly and the refunded me $148 for the unused parts. I am grateful for having found Lenny. He is technically proficient and very honest. I will surely hire him again if needed.

They did a great job. My only issue was multiple people showed up at different times to look at my garbage disposal, and I had only spoken to one person. I’m not sure if that was a miscommunication through their company or through Angi, but the guy I spoke to on the phone, wasn’t the guy who completed the job, but he showed up about 10 mins later when they were already in the middle of replacing my garbage disposal, which made it a bit awkward, but again, they did a great job.

Lenny and Denny came the same day I reached out and immediately knew how to fix my oven (lower oven stuck in locked position). They also quickly fixed a DYI sink issue, by reconnecting the plumbing on a new sink. So reasonable in terms of cost and very professional. will definitely be using them for a variety of home improvement project!

This job was too expensive. It coat $700 to fix my dryer and I wanted the option to buy a new one.

Lenny diagnosed the need to replace ice makers in Frig. Wanted paid up front. Previous job went well. I agreed to sign credit card pmt. Next day ice makers started to work. I cancelled. He agreed and said cr to cr card would take a few days. No action came from cr cd company. He agreed to send a refund check. It came, I deposited, it bounced. No communication from him since.

The gentlemen arrived within three hours of my call and solved my problem in less than an hour. Excellent work

Prompt and Professional

Customer service was excellent. Lenny and Kenny arrived on time and quickly replaced the drive belt on the washing machine. I'm very pleased with their service and will likely use them again.

The refrigerator was not working properly. Lenny and Kenny (not kidding) showed up as promised to diagnose and provide options. They were very professional in the work they did. They understood our situation and worked to accommodate our needs. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

Lenny was friendly and explained in detail what the problem was with our LG refrigerator and what was needed to fix it. I asked him to look at my freezer and refrigerator in the basement as well to make sure that they were operating efficiently. I hired him to do the job and when he finished I was pleased that everything was back working, I intend to use Lenny for future work and will be recommending him to my neighbors.
