"Unique is true to their name. What a great company! I needed a new HVAC system. Curt from sales came to my house and did a very thorough evaluation of my existing HVAC system. He painstakingly took pictures of my system, took several measurements, and both asked and answered a myriad of questions in order to ensure I would have the right system installed. In addition, Curt told me to call or text him with any questions. When I did so, he answered me immediately. He provided me with different options to fit my budget, and made sure I was confident in my ultimate purchasing decision. When it was time for the installation to be performed, installers Bruce and Jeff were tops! They did their own evaluation, and made some observations and suggestions that helped my new system function optimally. I'm sitting in my warm house as I write this, with a great new HVAC system, and a company I can continue to rely on in the future to keep my new system running at it's best. "We have used Gen3 on a couple of different jobs. They installed a new circuit breaker, two ceiling fans, redid all of our outlets and installed a common wire for our HVAC. Each time we reach out to them, they respond promptly and send out competent, professional, and courteous people. They make sure they wear booties and cover up furniture when necessary. I have recommended Gen3 to my friends and family as well. Cannot recommend them enough!"

"They were great.  They gave me a verbal and written report at the end of the check up.  The technician explained how the heating system works.  He told me everything checked out well and that there was a lot of life left in my air conditioner and heat exchanger.  He did not try to sell me additional services.  I would use them again in a heartbeat if something did come up though.

"Great company run by friendly people. Joe and his team know their stuff. Deborah is a pleasure to speak to on the phone. I first called due to some weird behavior with my HVAC and wanted them to come take a look. Before they arrived, the HVAC started working ok again. I called them back and when I told them what was going on, they explained that there was nothing wrong and the weird behavior I explained was actually normal based on what I had my thermostat set to. No visit and no fee required. A lot of other service companies might have urged a visit and charged me the fee. I then hired them for a regular maintenance service contract, and they have been fantastic. Always show up on time.
