Replaced fan motor, thoroughly cleaned and serviced the furnace unit. Prompt & efficient, made good recommendations, and set me up with a reasonably-priced annual cleaning & maintenance plan for both the furnace and the central air unit. I hired this company to provide an inspection and report on the overall function of our heating system. The assigned technician did not call to keep us informed as to when he would arrive. The day ended with no tech arriving as scheduled. We rescheduled. 2nd technician kept us informed of arrival time, which was a nice way to conduct business. The service call was basically a marketing process to sell new replacement equipment. Technician did a lot talking and not much time diagnosing issues with an older system. Quoted prices seemed excessive. Nice people. Expensive service charges. Get a few quotes to make an informed purchase decision.

They had a big job, replacing the old heater and central air. They had to work in a tight space in a small rowhome and did a wonderful job! They were very clean and friendly and tested everything and explained what they did and how the thermostat works. Very satisfied with all aspects of their work!
