On a weekly and daily basis, I was informed who would be working that week and/or day and what they would be doing. As a woman, I felt my questions and concerns were taken seriously. They took out a coat closet in our entryway and built a vestibule (installing tiles, wainscoting, doors, etc.), which turned out stunning. They also installed crown moulding, took out a closet and refinished the wall, took out carpet on stairs and in the office and replaced it with wood-flooring (or refinished the wood-flooring underneath), installed a dog door and two chandeliers, remodeled a fireplace (installing tiles around it and at the hearth + building a mantle). We were extremely happy with the result! Frank and his crew are professional, easy to communicate with, and meticulous. They moved our furniture around with great care and cleaned the house after the work was finished. We will definitely hire them again in the future!"

"Bad Experience. Bait and Switched us. Told us the no more than cost of our removal verbally and then said he needed $4k to do the design with us and get final firm contract after that. I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."
