Sean and Mike came to my house on time. They were very friendly and personable. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves. Nu Air prices are reasonable and they really do a good job. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

This company is the absolute worst company I have ever experienced to date. It's a father and son business and when you call the secretary that answers the phone she is extremely rude and sounds agitated at every sentence. Once she does get past herself and realize you're not really being rude you're just trying to bring resolve to an issue that you're having in your home and looking for service then maybe she'll change her demeanor and give you a nicer customer service tone. The son comes to my home he does not finish the work that he said he would do. He went back and forth with me about how it wasn't his fault that my unit was installed without the valve being opened, WHICH I NEVER SAID IT WAS. He told me his name was John which was an absolute lie at least based on the website his name is Michael Vernon. He is a young kid who is very arrogant does not like to listen and does not know as much as he may appear. He would not listen to me rather he wanted me to listen to him. There is no price list he was giving me prices off the top of his head and charging me what he chose to charge me. He freely admitted this. Next I simply wanted to know how much the Freon would weigh in and he refused to tell me. Then he worked himself up so much, in my home may I add, that he guessed and told me an amount of Freon (which are #'s by the lb) that was not accurate because he never did the weigh. He freely admitted this through his anger his agitation, his frustration and everything else that he felt for whatever reason. He left without finishing the job which is a cardinal rule. At the very least he could have accurately and honestly told me how much Freon I was in need of. He was soo very very disrespectful. I was shaking when I came back in the house because you don't expect some man to come into your home and be so disrespectful and unprofessional. I am a woman and he I think he took advantage of that sincerely. I really wish my husband was home at the time of this occurrence because I am certain he would NOT HAVE disrespected me in front of my husband in my home. There is no excuse. There is no rationale. There is no justification for his behavior or his tone. He was very rude I would never want to see this young man again nor have his company ever come to my house. I will be sending a complaint through the BBB as well as letting a whole bunch of other people know how this company is one of the worst company that you will ever experience should you decide to make the choice and have them service your home. He was paid in full for opening the valve (which did not require much labor) though he charged me 165.00 (again random pricing which he admitted to charging me a number off the top of his head). He said they had no price list. Just BEWARE of this company. Companies like really try to get over while on many people all while offering a lack of care, friendliness, or integrity and intelligence. Also, this company was sent by my warranty company.

They did a good job, but a part got stuck on the damper, and now I'm told to be carefull when opening it to far because it could fall off. Just stating this as a matter of record

Very well. Flue was cleaned, plus he pointed out that some masonry work was needed. Turns out the sweep I had over the previous week told me he had done that work - turns out he didn't even though I paid for it.

They did a great job.

This was a big deal that was purchased. There were no other charges. It was good, there was no problem. I would use this provider again. I had one problem, though I never got a receipt so that created a problem for me. I am trying to sell this house and they keep asking if the chimney has been cleaned. Finally, I had  but I did not know when it was done or who did it. I had to go through all of my credit cards, Finally I found out and called them and they immediately sent me a receipt, they emailed me. I wish that had been done at the time the cleaning was done. It was troubling to me because I did not know, there was some other work. Now I am stuck and have to get it done. Just because I did not have the reciept and the receipt says I need this and that but at the time, I was not told. Otherwise, the service was good. I have no complaints. I needed a receipt of the work that was done. The people buying the house needs to know what was cleaned. I contacted them and they sent me a receipt quite promptly.

Came to replace some parts and broke the supply line which cause water damage, it's been 3 weeks of me calling the company everyday to try to talk to a manager to have them come back to fix the issue and take responsibility for the water damages, but I get no answer. the receptionist is very rude every time i call and just keeps telling i have to wait for them to call me back. now i have no dishwasher because the water leak damage the motor and i have water damage. this company is the worst, i had a plumber can to fix the supply line they broke and he said that company is always like that, making more damages rather than fixing the problem.

I think it went well.  The chimney sweep was polite and punctual.  He said that there was something in the chimney lining that needed attention and that the company would send me an email regarding this finding, but I never received an email.  So I guess it was nothing to worry about.  We did have a new liner put in the chimney several years ago.
