I contacted Generation 3 Electric and within 24 hours I had an electrician at my door. It took David 30 minutes to remove the ceiling fan and put up a light fixture. I was beyond happy with his professionalism and courtesy. Saving their info for any future issues that arise. Thank you, David!!!!

Branden came out to our house to review the electrical system, install new outdoor floodlights, and make some other minor electrical fixes. He was professional, pleasant and funny, and figured out how to do the work within our budget. Would definitely recommend him.

My technician Dave is the best. Dave has visited my home on more than one occasion. He is friendly and respectful. Always willing to answer my questions. Explains each job thoroughly. Explains in language I can understand. I called GEN 3 for what I believed to be an electrical problem that resulted in my central air not working. Dave was able to determine the problem, and fixed the problem. In addition, Dave advised me that there was other electrical issues that needed immediate attention. Those issues were also resolved, by installing a new 100 AMP Grounding System. I feel better, feel safer, as a result of Dave’s visit. He is a very valuable GEN 3 employee.

Branden was great! Outdoor GFCI outlet stopped working. Not confident with my handy skills when it comes to electric outlets so was happy when he assured me this was an easy fix. Able to stop by same day and replace the unit. Courteous, thoughtful - will be using for upcoming maintenance and projects

Everything went well. Some of the outlets and switches connected to one of the new breakers went out but the breaker did not trip. After awhile the power to those outlets and switches suddenly came back on. Jordan came back out to inspect. The wiring in most of the house is very old and he explained and showed me the differences. He gave me an Amprobe and explained to me how to troubleshoot should the power go out again without the breaker tripping. This will narrow down and possibly identify where the chain is breaking in the power.

Quality of their work is excellent and their technicians are very skilled in their craft. Would recommend that they communicate up front better and explain their plan before starting, to make sure they and the customer, are on the same page.

It went very well. The process was very smooth and easy. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous.

I purchased new appliances and thought it would be an easy install but then again things are never easy when your house is 150+ years old. On delivery day I learned that the stove, dishwasher and a blower underneath the stove were hardwired. GEN3 sends one of their awesome techs, George, to come out and give an estimate. I was impressed with his knowledge and reassurance that he could complete the job that I scheduled for him to return the next day to do it. He was on time and after donning work booties and reviewing the work with me, he went right to work. Afterwards he went over the completed projects with me then cleaned up his work area. I would definitely hire George from GEN3 again for future electrical issues.

Found cut wires in outside lamp post, recommended additional lighting along eaves of home to brighten up at night and also replace motion light out back with LED lighting

Not our first time using Gen3 and won't be our last. They make scheduling and all of the back office so easy, plus the techs are top notch.
