The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. I first called due to some weird behavior with my HVAC and wanted them to come take a look. Before they arrived, the HVAC started working ok again. I called them back and when I told them what was going on, they explained that there was nothing wrong and the weird behavior I explained was actually normal based on what I had my thermostat set to. No visit and no fee required. A lot of other service companies might have urged a visit and charged me the fee. I then hired them for a regular maintenance service contract, and they have been fantastic. Always show up on time.
