"initially ok though while onsite I had to ask "what is that rattling noise"...I don't understand how they didn't realize they had dropped a piece of cut duct sheeting into the unit interior. They used bad taping on the modifications they made to the ducts and it all blew apart. called to have them back to fix several times and they never bothered to answer"

"Called Seigmans Forced Air and explained that my regular HVAC company would not return my calls and my A/C was now down for three days. Seigman's sent a technician (Chris) within 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem and found that the fan motor in the condenser was bad. They had to order a new one and it arrived two days later. As soon as it arrived at Siegmans the service manager brought it to our house, as Chris was already here disassembling the condenser so the fan motor could be installed. Siegmans was responsive, professional and solved our problem quickly. They were also able to replace the fan motor and a capacitor under the manufacturer's warranty. I highly recommend this company."

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. He did not have the ability or tools to do the job. He told me they would give me an estimate after he spoke with his expert. Then charged me $89.00 for service call. After 2 weeks I called asking for my estimate. Not ready yet. They finally responded 2 days later with an over the phone quote of $4,000! Obviously, Handyside had no ability to do the job or interest in it. Otherwise, I would have received an invoice that spelled out the service in detail. It sounded like they picked a sky high number to make sure they wouldn't have to do the job. $89.00 for this service. No thanks."

"BEWARE, avoid this company at all costs. Scam artist extraordinaire. We contracted Nate Monyer in November of 2021 to install a Generac whole house generator. We were told by him that he had a unit in stock and could have it installed late February of 2022. Although I felt his price was high, I agreed because he had it in stock. I gave him a deposit in excess of $6,000 with the balance to be paid when completed. February got a call, delayed until March. April then May avoids emails calls, finally I was told that the Generator was not being delivered to them because of supply shortages. But wait, YOU said it was in stock. I requested a refund. They would send a refund but keep $500 for restocking fees! When I questioned what they were restocking, he changed his story to “it is for administrative fees”. Then he told me he would take the generator off his show room floor to install late June. That story then changed to he had one from another customer who wasn’t in a hurry and I could have his (yeah right another poor guy who won’t get his on time). Nate just kept fabricating excuses and apparently got lost in his own tales. Bottom line I finally gave up and did receive a refund minus $500. He took advantage of an elderly couple. Be smarter than I was, bad karma here."
