Called Seigmans Forced Air and explained that my regular HVAC company would not return my calls and my A/C was now down for three days. Seigman's sent a technician (Chris) within 4 hours. He diagnosed the problem and found that the fan motor in the condenser was bad. They had to order a new one and it arrived two days later. As soon as it arrived at Siegmans the service manager brought it to our house, as Chris was already here disassembling the condenser so the fan motor could be installed. Siegmans was responsive, professional and solved our problem quickly. They were also able to replace the fan motor and a capacitor under the manufacturer's warranty. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful-- they did excellent job, took all replaced material away. The drain line and water line wiring and humidistat are perfectly placed, and the sheet metal replacing duct board has opened up the area perfectly.

Very well - from start to finished a top notch job. Neat, on time, and professional. Ron strongly recommended we make extensive changes to the builder's grade initial air supply/duct work in our attic to improve air flow. Only a few of our quotes suggested this. He took the time to explain the reasons and we feel strongly that our new, quieter, much higher efficient equipment will last many years. Good company - contact them for this sort of work.

There was a smell coming from my boiler, they arrived same day (which was quite nice) and the Technician Mac ( who was pleasant) worked on it. He determined the "circulator capacitor" was bad and replaced it. He did some other things as well, and advised me the "banging pipe noise" was normal. I paid $180 for an hour and a half. He left and afterwards, my furnace would take 3+ hours to warm. Some days later, it is no longer working at all. I called Seigman and they (lady who answers the phone and the "after hours" technician Chad) wanted to charge me $200 an hour to fix the problem they caused because I didn't have a service contract. And I'm glad I didn't waste my money on one. My system worked before despite the random smell and now it does not. My 10 month old son was in 66 degree temperatures until I bought an electric space heater... this company is disgusting and terrible. Don't use them.

"System repair was made on Friday 3/9/18. Customer contacted office 8 days later on Saturday 3/17/18 at 3:05pm in which our office was closed. The answering service provided the after hours rate and had the on call technician contact customer and advised he would be happy to come and check system . Customer did not want to pay after hours rates which we would have gladly adjusted or dismissed if issue was related to same issue as previous service call. Our company prides itself on customer service and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately we were not able meet Mr. [Member Name Removed] expectations although I am not certain we were given the opportunity. Ron Siegman"

The technicians that was here was very professional. they worked **** ** making sure everything was correct. When the job was done they took me around pointed out everything they and showed me how to change the filters.

From the initial service call, to installation day, to 60-day check-up, to a follow-up phone inquiry, to a service call to check on a noise I was hearing... these guys are outstanding! Nice professional people, felt they were open and honest at all times, and extremely responsive. The unit they recommended absolutely rocks, heats and cools my house super quick. 2 man crew arrived ahead of schedule, performed all work quickly and efficiently. Completed all installation work and testing earlier than planned. Cleaned up properly. Team performed in a professional manner and answered all my questions. Price was competitive and there was no pressure to buy. Mr. Siegman always responded as quickly as possible to my many questions during the purchase phase. I did not even have to register the purchase with the manufacturer for warranty purposes, as they handled that part too.

Everything went very well, they handle our yearly contract. We have a warranty program.We have had them for 10 years, everyone in the area has used them so we did as well.They are neat and clean, they come when they say they are going to. They are always within the time they tell me. They introduce themselves and wear covers for their shoes when they come in.

They are excellent. I am on a maintenance contract with them. They installed my heating and AC system as well. The people are clean, they put on their booties, they clean up after themselves, they are polite, no one uses foul language. They are excellent. I would recommend highly.

They are a fabulous company. I always speak with the owner or his brother. Normally the same worker or if someone leaves it is someone that has been trained. It is a family owned business. They stay a long time, not a quick turn over.

It was good. if I remember correctly it was on an older air conditioner system that I had. Iwas having some trouble with it, they came out and did the best they could with it. It was one of those times where it was really hot and those guys were working overtime. They were making a ton of service calls, but I do remember them doing a good job. It's since been replaced. They were very responsive. I thought that they were pretty accomodating when making calls at odd hours. It was more than anybody couild do and everybody was busy.

They came early and it only took them half a day to complete installation of our a/c and furnace. They showed my husband how to use the new thermostat, which in turn he showed me. I was referred to them by my sister-in-law. I would definitely call them again to do our HVAC install.
