Very professional. Replaced the upstairs ac system.

It’s part of a package. Have been using them for 15 years. If you ever have any trouble, like when that ice storm was or whenever, they are there that same day. They never make you wait. They are very prompt on their service. The dude comes around every year and explains it, leaves a little card for me, so I will know what to look for if it didn’t work. He was/they were great, really! I don’t check around for price.

It cost a lot. It’s a big old house. They came in and they brought in electric heaters that we could heat the downstairs and we had fireplace in one room. We had a whole day and a night, then the new furnace was in the next day. It’s worked ever since.

They're clean, they're prompt, they clean up their mess, their price is a little higher than others. Over the year. I have lived in this house about 12 years. My husband won a contract so that they come out twice a year to service the heating and check out the- its central air, So to check everything out, to make sure that everything is okay The cost of that, the contract is about 270 dollars and thats for one visit in the spring, one visit in the fall. I checked with a couple of other people and its equivalent. B for the price because they are a little higher than some. (Use again) Yes.

The service man (Jerry) was competent and professional, no problems with him, just the $ issue as explained above.

Plumber arrived on time, introduced himself, inspected work, and provided an estimate.  Service and price were agreed on, and service was completed.  Plumber was professional, kind, and knowledgeable.  Plumber showed me the pieces that were removed, and replaced after work was completed.  I will continue to use Leggett Inc. in the future for any plumbing jobs.

Electrician called and advised would be there in 10 min and was perfectly on time. Was professional, and went right to work. Explained everything as he progressed and went into as much detail as needed. Cared about wiping feet prior to entering the home and everything! I needed the inspection report in writing to prove I didn't need to do anything and the next day they emailed me the letter I needed with all the info!!!   Didn't charge me for services I didn't need! Super company and will recommend and use again and again! Honest people and they cared about the deadline I had to work.  Much appreciated!

Great.  They were very professional throughout the whole process.  Explained everything.  Cleaned up everything.  Great service and quality.

The install was great work. They were on time. They maintained it properly. I have no problem with it.

I called to get an estimate from this company in advance of scheduling their services. They scheduled the visit and were able to come out to the house that same week to replace my existing baseboard heaters.  They called me when they got to the house and explained what work they had to complete before they completed the job. I appreciate their candor about what it would cost.  They completed the job without any problems.

At first I thought it was a problem with shower faucet because we couldn't keep temp constant.  Before removing faucet technician checked hot water heater and found bad element and changed it.  Work was done promptly and tech was very professional.  Very happy with results.

I have used Leggett once before for a minor electrical problem and thought they were very courteaus and punctual.  After getting my furnace estimate, I don't think I will use them again.  They are overpriced and will charge you when they do nothing!  

The initial appointment was for our furnace tune up as well as to get an estimate on a new one. The technician came on time and assessed our furnace.  Since we were considering purchasing a new furnace he suggested we wait on the tune-up and schedule a time for his manager to come over an give us an estimate.  We were still charged the $75 for him to come out despite the fact he didn't do any work and he couldn't give us an estimate! It was our decision for him not to do the tune-up but we shouldn't have been forced to pay $75. Leggett should of sent someone to give us an estimate since that is what we specifically asked for as part of our appointment.

The next day the manager came over and took measurements in order to give us a quote. We had to wait over a week for an estimate!  Within that same week we had two other companies come to our home and give estimates within 24 hours. 

We waited until Leggett's quote to come in to compare our estimates.  Leggett's quote was significantly higher almost $2000 more!  Ultimately we could get the highest efficiency model with the other two companies at the price Leggett quoted for their standard efficiancy furnace model. I want to add that one of the other companies offered a much better warranty and they were still significantly lower than Leggett's. 

After receiving their quote, I honestly feel like Leggett was trying to swindle us.

That went fine. It was a service call. He didn't need to charge for testing to put the freon in. That was $50 but other than that, everything was good. He was very good at explaining everything. They were very good except for the charging of $50. They were reliable. They came out when they said they would and did everything.

   From getting an estimate to the finished product I couldn't be happier.  For the in- home estimate Dan arrived already knowing the history & square footage of my townhouse along with other pertinent information needed. He  was very knowledgeable about furnace & A/C replacement with attention to detail for my specific situation. He answered my questions and it  was quite evident that he was interested in providing the type of unit(s) that fit my individual need rather than just selling me a " cookie cutter" product.

   I originally was only planning to have my A/C replaced  but after talking with Andy it only made sense to go ahead with the furnace replacement at the same time.  Without hesitation or rescheduling, Andy and Dan made it happen.  A furnace was delivered by Dan in short order and things got underway.  Andy and Jeff installed my new furnace and A/C without problem. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. They cleaned up everything when they were done.  There was a minor issue with the new thermostat but that was resolved in a timely manner.  I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!
