 + -1 moreOver the course of six weeks, I spoke with Mr. Rodgers twice. He was on business travel both times and each time told me to call him back when he returned to PA. The last phone call he requested I text him with photos of my clock movement. I did, but he never contacted me. Apparently he is very busy traveling for clock repair which does not help me at all. I felt my business was not important enough to him. I just contacted someone else who came out to my house in just a few days (and on a Saturday!).

 + -1 moreMr. Rogers did fine job, gave me a ballpark estimate up front and stuck to that. On the day it was to be picked up, Bob called and said he that since he would be in my area, how about he deliver it to me. It was an unexpected bonus since I live 25 miles or so from his shop. All in all, excellent reliable and professional service.
Description of Work: I had our Miller mantle clock cleaned and repaired here. He disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and reassembled the clock and it now works fine.

I was told that it needed a part and a good tune-up and was given an estimate for the repairs. Now it hangs happily on my wall and chimes away 48 times a day.
