This summer our AC broke and they came out & replaced it within days, while other HVAC companies couldn’t come out for weeks, and at a higher cost. All of their employees are courteous & respectful while performing their job and are never in a rush to get their job done. When we had issues with our system a few years back and the system was not heating our kids bedroom, he told us to go buy a space heater to heat up the room; after spending $31,000 on his system. He is the persona of an irresponsible sales person and I would not use this man for his services."

"When you choose to live in and love an old home, you need to have companies you trust at hand, and that's why we continue to use E&S Plumbing and Heating for the last minute emergencies, planned work, and everything in between. Knowing that Lloyd and Zach are knowledgeable, and thoughtful about how they approach their work, and the homes they're entrusted with is why we have recommended them and continue to do so. A few mornings ago we discovered water in the basement from and unknown source, they walked my husband through a whole house shutoff until they could arrive and worked on first round diagnostics of the possible issue. We followed their guidance and upon their return (when things were dryer lol), they were able to diagnose within a very short time and with impressive accuracy to mitigate further damage and resolve the issue once and for all.
