"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

They worked quickly and efficiently especially with me having a little one running around. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A few mornings ago we discovered water in the basement from and unknown source, they walked my husband through a whole house shutoff until they could arrive and worked on first round diagnostics of the possible issue. We followed their guidance and upon their return (when things were dryer lol), they were able to diagnose within a very short time and with impressive accuracy to mitigate further damage and resolve the issue once and for all. When we had issues with our system a few years back and the system was not heating our kids bedroom, he told us to go buy a space heater to heat up the room; after spending $31,000 on his system. He is the persona of an irresponsible sales person and I would not use this man for his services."
