"Worst service I’ve ever have experienced. They wanted to sell me the product, never told me that there was an early termination fee and another penalty for an initial offer they gave me. Had double charges every month, once for the oil they provided (which they never told me they were going to provide before coming. They just came without my knowledge and then I find a high amount bill) and another for an “automatic payment” for 500 that they never could explain. The didn’t even fix this issue and it kept happening every month even after I cancelled the service. Then having to call them is a hastié for the refund of the 500. Stay away of this company"

"Doug Swartz is a con man. When they drilled holes in our yard they never filled the first hole and we had a sinkhole occur. When we had issues with our system a few years back and the system was not heating our kids bedroom, he told us to go buy a space heater to heat up the room; after spending $31,000 on his system. He is the persona of an irresponsible sales person and I would not use this man for his services."

He gets right down to business and is quiet as a mouse as he thoroughly goes through the extensive maintenance checklist and performs all required tasks. He then takes the time to fully brief us on what he did what he found and what if anything he recommends. He then opens it up for questions and is very patient and thorough in answereing any questions we might have. A geothermal heat pump system will take about 10 years to pay for itself, and it has a life span of anywhere from about 25 to 50 years. Installing a geothermal heat pump will cost about $14,250 upfront, but it can reduce your energy bills by around 65% when compared to a conventional HVAC system.
