"In the last few years, we've been getting huge puddles of water all over our basement floor. Never happened before. Some stretched all the way across the floor. Took hours of work with a shop vac to suck it up and days for the floor to dry. In mid-September, we hired Once & Done Waterproofing. They had the lowest price and specialize in our kind of problem. Work was completed in just one day and very tidily done. Very hard-working crew. But it was a leap of faith waiting to see if that work would be successful. Didn't rain for weeks after the sump pump system was installed beneath our basement floor. Weâ ve now had two really heavy rains. The floor remained bone dry after each of them. A little bit of water still did come in at the base of the outside basement entrance, as expected, but it got no further than the drain they installed in the floor at the door. The real test may not come until next springâ s monsoon season. But so far, so good. Based on preliminary results, I would not hesitate to hire them."

"5 stars! From the initial visit and estimate, to the completed job, AJ Waterproofing was professional, friendly, and honest. I had to install a French drain in my crawl space, since the existing sump pump was in the center of the floor, on a sloped foundation. No water ever made it there. They also washed the walls for mold, sealed up vents, and installed a dehumidifier. When I needed an electrician to run a line for the dehumidifier, they recommended Mike, who was also amazing. While doing the work, they placed plastic on the floors and furniture, so no dust or dirt made it through the crawl space access while they were working. They even built a ladder to gain access to the crawl space, instead of having to bring one out and set up to get down there. Highly recommend!"

"I was really impressed, the work was completed in just one day! The crew was super great, they had a bunch of people out. They did everything too I didnâ  t need to get really anything set up. We just made sure the walls were clear of anything so they had room. I needed 148 feet of drain installed and ordered 2 new sump pumps with it. It came out to $13k (I found a coupon too!) and Iâ  m just really glad to get this taken care of. My basement usually floods with heavy rain, legitimately half way full of water and we just had a rain (semi heavy) and itâ  s dry. This is the first time Iâ  m actually excited to see it rain next to check out the basement lol. I went into it expecting this to just help mitigate the flood waters but Iâ  m really hopeful this install will actually deliver 99% dryness ð   ð   . They were reallly trying to get me to schedule with them but I wasnâ  t ready just yet.
