"The project went very well. There was a lot to do, so it was done in stages. The most difficult and time consuming part was the hardwood flooring of the existing stairs and upstairs hall. Jason found the exact match to my first floor hardwood flooring which was 16 years old--it is perfect. The stairs and upstairs hall look fantastic! "Outstanding: Josh was everything one could want in a floor care professional. Not only did he clean 15 years of grunge off our kitchen and morning room Italian tile floors, he matched epoxy filler for cracks from settling and also damage from falling pot lids that scored the tile. He advised us against replacing the scored tiles-to be done only as a last resort-- and recommended a professional microfiber mop to pull out the dirt from the pores/crevices. Josh is personable and fairly priced. We would definitely use him again and recommend him and his work. He has the Masters Touch!"

"Steve & Rick did a great job on our garage floor. We wanted to do it ourselves but couldn't get the oil and dirt stains out. So after searching the internet we found Steve's company. He came out and gave us an estimate which was more than we had planned to spend, but we weren't able to do it ourselves. He was very informative and explained the entire process. After some thought we decided to bite the bullet and go with Floor Guard. Steve invited us to stop by his home and look how his garage turned out with the flooring and cabinets.  It was beautiful.  Steve gave us an estimate as to when he would be able to come out and complete the job. About a week before he contacted us, and set up the date and time they would be here as well as emailing us with a preparation list for getting the garage ready for their arrival.  They were on time and Rick completed the 1st process on Wednesday and Steve came on Thursday to finish things up.  Without a doubt it look great. Family and friends that have seen it love how it looks.   I am encouraged that they offer a 20 year guarantee for the floor and hope I wouldn?t need to use it. The only regret I have is the I didn't seal off the door from the house to the garage with a plastic sheet. That caused a little more clean up on our part than it would have had we put the plastic up.
