"Called them last week. Told them I had an emergency in that a window just cracked and was putting house up for sale.  The estimator who came told me it would be weeks before they could put me in the schedule but when I called that afternoon I was told we will do it as soon as we can.

I need all told 6 window panes replaced.  The cost was very fair and they came within a day.  The fellow who came (Brian) was very nice, left a clean room and did a nice job,

I went to put on some weatherstripping over a gap in the frame and saw one of the window panes was not quite affixed in a corner (slightly pulling away) I called and Brian came right back over and explained it took time for the putty to dry.
