Great Job. Very professional.

The inspector appeared professional and helpful. However, the foreman and crew is not very responsive leaving us with a dug out basement with no solution and no communication at all. We signed the contract in June, 2024, expecting the work to commence in September. The job was delayed till December. The crew came and removed the dry wall on the first day. On the third day, the supposed last day of the job, the crew informed us that we would have to remove the sewer pipe completely so they can continue the work, which should have been communicated the first day they discovered the position of the sewer line. Not to mention the potential of such outcome should have been included in the contract as the location of the sewer line was measured and included in the job drawing. Days later, we are left with a dug out basement with pooling ground water. No communication & attempt to finish the job. We are considering legal actions and plead everyone not to fall for the this bait and switch.

the men who waterproofed my basement were diligent, hard working, respectful, and amenable. great experience with them, job professionals right down the line.

Buyer beware. Had problems with the crew that they sent to do job. Salesman and supervisor were hard to deal with. This company caused me a lot of anxiety. Possible legal action.

Salesman seemed knowledgeable and took order and deposit. Technicians came and did no work because they said work sold to me was not appropriate to solve problem. I called vendor to request refund last week. They were supposed to call back. I have not yet received refund

Mike was very transparent and explained the work he needed to do. He also answered all of our questions and cleaned up his mess quite well.

They arrived promptly when expected and executed the work to my complete satisfaction. The injection holes for the lifting foam don't stand out too badly and they only had to drill a few of them. The sidewalk was lifted to its proper height. After the lift, the sealing was applied and coated with quartz sand, more attractive than the original black material.

It took six weeks from signing the contract until the job was started. On the day the job was to start, the crew arrived late. This crew worked for 5 1/2 hours and then stopped. They said they ran out of material. The work that was done was sloppy and unprofessional. I called BQ and asked for a supervisor to look at the quality of the job. They sent a supervisor out. A second crew was sent out to complete the job. The second crew did a good job. This was expensive work. BQ did not seem all that concerned that they caused my wife and I a lot of aggravation and the inconvenience of scheduling another full day. Granted, they did correct this situation, but they made it hard on us. For the price, I feel it should have been better planned and done right the first time. I would not recommend. BQ list warranty info on the contract. If you call to get warranty info on pumps installed in your house they will blow you off. After the job was complete I called to request the warranty on the sump pump that was installed. The rep said they would send that info to me. It has been a month and no info. Buyer beware of BQ basements.
