I have used Hannaberry HVAC for 17 years. They installed my HVAC system when I had the house built and they have been servicing the system throughout the years. There service plans are not cheap and although you can find cheaper prices with other HVAC service companies, I feel you get what you pay for. My service technician, Jake, was very professional, courteous, on-time and thorough. With my service plan, they will come out on a weekend, if necessary to fix a problem.

We are loyal Hannaberry customers. Their work is always top notch. We have recommended them to numerous friends and relatives and have never had anyone say they were sorry they chose Hannaberry. Tom, who serviced our mini-split today did an outstanding job. He was careful and efficient and was able to answer any questions we had about the unit. We'l certainly have them back for the next cleaning.

The service call went extremely well. The technician was in the middle of the service window and was polite, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing. He was careful to wear booties as necessary, and examined the entire system inside and outside.

I was thrilled with the service I received from Hannabery HVAC and, in particular, John, our technician. We lost heat a few nights ago, & I left a VM to have someone call me the next day. I got a call as soon as Hannabery opened from Beth, who said I could get service the following day. I asked (often, I admit) if someone could come sooner. Later that day, Beth called to say a technician was available to come later that day. John came & was instantly accessible; he asked what the problem was, and what (if anything) we did to remedy the situation, & then he went right to work. He diagnosed the matter quickly, put in the necessary part, & thoroughly checked the furnace as part of the annual service agreement I purchased (because of John's friendly demeanor). He and I enjoyed some great conversation and he put my anxiety to rest. He was fantastic (as was Beth for getting John to come) and highly recommend him as well as Hannabery HVAC. Thank you!

There was a little glitch at the first visit but they fixed it so had air conditioning until they ordered a part. When they came back everything went smoothly and I am very satisfied.

Nice job. The guys knew what they doing, the work went smoothly and efficiently. 3200 sq. ft. 2-story house plus basement. A bunch of ducts and registers. Work took less than 3 hours. Nice guys; the dogs liked them.

This is our 3rd year with Hannabery HVAC annual service. We are very pleased with their work and professionalism. Their techs are well-trained and arrive on-time. The work is thorough, efficient and complete. We plan to continue to renew our service contract for next year. Having a contract with Hannabery gives us peace of mind in the event something needs adjustment or replacement we know they'll show up when we need them. Well worth the price. I highly recommend Hannabery for HVAC service, maintenance or new equipment installation.

Very through and checked everything. It was actually under warranty since we only had new system 6 months. Was a contacter in outdoor unit. We are so happy we went with hannabery. Everyone is very nice and professional and they are very through. A+ work and business. I would recommend to anyone.

Hannabery service is always praiseworthy, but this time I would say the quality was extraordinary--even for Hannabery--and exceeded my high expectations. The Tech, Clay C., was exceptionally skilled, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in detail. Equally impressive were his resourcefulness & problem-solving skills. He identified & replaced two small, relatively inexpensive parts on my older unit that undoubtedly would have led to system failure in a short while. And he patiently answered about 1000 questions that I had! I will certainly ask for Clay in the future.
