We hired House Genius Exteriors to put a much-needed new roof on our small shore cottage in Villas, NJ. Our salesperson Lamar Jenkins did a thorough workup of our roof’s condition and walked us through the HGE process for roofing, educating us on the materials and technology the company uses, its competitive price point, and its impressive warranty. The job was set up for five days later, and during that time the teams in the office and in the field checked in with us. Communication was easy, calls returned quickly. The roofing team arrived early. The manager Edgar Powell was fantastic, making sure everyone had what they needed. It went like clockwork, and the new roof was done in a day. Edgar & his crew were AMAZING. They did such great work efficiently & made the process easy on the day we got our new roof. They took great photos and cleaned up after to where you would never know they were there. In and out in one day! (Not sure if I chose the proper kind of shingles we got for this review but the experience was great.
