Our salesperson Lamar Jenkins did a thorough workup of our roof’s condition and walked us through the HGE process for roofing, educating us on the materials and technology the company uses, its competitive price point, and its impressive warranty. The job was set up for five days later, and during that time the teams in the office and in the field checked in with us. Communication was easy, calls returned quickly. The roofing team arrived early. The manager Edgar Powell was fantastic, making sure everyone had what they needed. It went like clockwork, and the new roof was done in a day.
