Well Pump Installation and Replacement
I can't give enough stars for Quality Water & Well Service Inc company. They are very trustworthy. I had well pump issues. I was having water pressure issues. I had a company come out (Mastery plumbing) to evaluate the issue. They charged $125 just to show up and they said you most likely need a new well pump and holding tank. They offered to pinpoint the issue for an additional $315. Mastery plumbing estimated $7524. for the pump replacement and 60 gal holding tank. A total rip off! I then was recommended by someone to call Quality Water & Well Service Inc. I called them, they came out the same day. They helped me troubleshoot the issue. It turned out not to be pump or the tank. It was a leak in the house filter auto flushing device was stuck on flushing, causing it to empty our well. Our well filled back up and all is OK. Quality Water & Well Service Inc saved me a ton of money. Super friendly and honest. A rare find these days. I highly recommend them.

We went with Quality Water and Well at the recommendation of our realtor when buying a house.  They did the well inspection and put in a new well cap and uv filtration system when the water showed a small amount of bacteria.  The previously owner covered all of the water related costs, so we had very little contact with the company prior to settlement.  A few months into home ownership we had some problems with the uv.  I contacted them and got an immediate response, they replaced the light the next morning along with addressing a few other minor things that they had no obligation to fix.  I am delighted with the level of service.  They were responsive, professional and most importantly stood behind their work.  I give this company my highest recommendation.

Woke up to no water in the house. It was extremely cold and I thought the pipe from the well froze. Some DIY investigation proved that false. I called Quality and Mark and crew were there as soon as they were done with the job they were on. Very nice guys, very high quality work throughout. I would them again in a heartbeat.

I called Quality Water (Marc) and (other well companies) described what was happening and that I wanted a straight forward, long term solution. Marc suggested eliminating the well pit entirely because he suspected the water infiltration was under it and running along the casing. Also, he pointed out we had a galvanized feed pipe to the house, which he said we could try to slip a pex sleeve in to to keep it from closing up in the future, run a new line or just leave it, knowing it will fail sometime in the future. We opted to replace the water feed pipe while we had everything dug up. We excavated around the well pit, it was big enough for an adult to get in it through a man hole. Pulled out the concrete box and he was right, you could see where the water was entering the well, running down the outside of the casing. Marc then extended the well head up above grade, put a "plug" around it and made sure the new well head cap would be level with the new patio to be put around it. The new well head and seals have been aggressively tested by hurricane Sandy and a serious of severe storms we had this year. No water infiltration that I could see and no brown water.
