"In my 42 year-old home with a poured concrete foundation I noticed some dampness following a major rainstorm that seems to go away until the next rainstorm, when a larger wet spot appeared. He placed a barrier outside and used a graphite mesh and resin patch inside to seal the crack. After curing, he replaced the sheet-rock, taped and sanded for painting. Finally, in his clean-up he treated the trained carpet with a chemical that completely eliminated the trace of damage. Good as new. All along he kept me informed and followed up on his work. It has been four wet months but zero leaking."
