From the beginning I really clicked with Vivaldo, our sales guy. He was friendly and easy going. She created a few layouts for us to choose from, and she worked with us to figure out which one worked best for us. We used her contractor, Steve, and his crew, who did a great job as well. This was our first remodel, and we were a little nervous about it, but they let us know how they were doing the whole way through. The end result is gorgeous!
