Bryan came out to provide an estimate and was extremely friendly and personable. As we walked through the items, I wanted addressed, he was honest with the work that was needed and provided me with options if available. We scheduled a day and before I knew it, there were as many as 3-4 guys at my home tackling these items, his crew is amazing. They were all friendly, easy to speak with and answered questions I had, and always aimed to please, during the time they worked and before they left. I HIGHLY recommend Bryan!!!"

"Tom from TAF was first to respond from the contractors you suggested. Came and inspected area the next week and emailed me proposal next day. More detailed work than I expected but work nevertheless needed done. Price very reasonable and hope to reach out again if/when I can fit into budget."

"I have had some credit issues in the past whic caused me to be turned down by other mortgage lenders. I contacted Mark after reading some reviews on angie's list just to see if there was any thing that he might be able to do that was better than the typical lenders. He was very positive from the beginning, but also very realistic and upfront. He was able to get me a good rate, much better than i was expecting with good closing costs and through FHA. There were difficulties along the way with the FHA and my insurance company wich made for some bumps in the road. But Mark and Judy were right there and worked through it making adjustments as necessary and keeping me up to date on the process. I would recommend them to others anytime. It took a while to get to closing, but we got there and with a good rate and a relatively smooth process. Many thanks to Mark and Judy, not every broker would put this much time into a relatively small mortgage.

You know it's a typical sales pitch, there was some you know the thing with dealing with a salesman. It was kind of a back and forth you could tell he wasn't giving us all the information. He was doing his job."
