"Shawn (Caboose Crew Construction) converted my side porch into a curbless walk in shower and bathroom, he also put a new roof on my house with a subcontractor he likes to use Shawn did all the wood repair work and oversaw the whole installation project of the shingles, he also redid all my sidewalks and drainage spouts and pipes and he subcontracted the concrete work but Shawn did all the framing and prep work ,and the landscaping work was subcontracted also but Shawn was involved himself through the whole project. Shawn’s also had done some smaller projects for me. I highly recommend Shawn (Caboose Crew Construction). I’m very pleased, I feel I’m a fairly fussy person but he was very gracious and he worked with me (put up with me) through everything. Darian Stephens"

"Right now, I am waiting to get a remit from the neighbor and getting some extra funding.  As soon as I get everything together, the guy will start working on my property.  They quoted $10000.  I had four companies look at my roof and three of them wanted to sell me a new roof.  The guy from Integrated seemed more honest.  He told me how to fix it without having to replace the whole roof.  I had some other problems that weren't as expected that he would be fixing.  He did chimney inspection that needs to be rebuilt.  I need to get a remit from the property owner.  It is a metal roof.  He explained to me how the patch would look in front of the house and come up with a decent roof again.  He told me about the chimney and the chimney didn't look good because one could pull the brick out between the mortars that's how bad the chimney is.  I can do that myself, but the only problem is that I broke my back and I can't get involved in the necessary materials.  I have the tools and knowledge to do it, but I need three days of rest.  I painted the front of the house and it knocked me for three days.  I do what I can, but can't do a lot too much.  Once I get it done, the roof will be fixed, the back steps will be fixed, the cellar entry will be fixed, the windows in the garage and the chimney will be fixed.  He spoke about what I thought and told the same way as I thought.  He explained how he would fix it.  He was very honest about it.  He is the only one showed up on time and everybody else went to the wrong address."

Henry was fantastic in helping us get the estimates and make selections to be able to begin our remodel. Tony, our project manager, was on site regularly to keep tabs of the progress and was helpful with suggestions. All contractors were respectful and knowledgeable at their craft. We also had many other projects done including changing standard slab doors to six panel, almost all of the flooring throughout our home, changing the stair treads and spindles and almost whole home interior painting as well as our powder room remodel. "Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been.
