Ron did a great job on this complete home refresh. It was nice to have a single point of contact for roofing, windows, siding, stucco, painting, and garage doors. Even though this project took several months to complete, Ron did a good job of keeping us informed.

Contractor never finished project, kept money and never repaired issues. We have a leak in our new roof, shutters that were paid for and never installed, a roof deck that was never completed, and paint completely peeled up from a newly painted porch. We have contacted the District Attorney, BBB, and local court. The DA and BBB were unable to contact company. The local court when to serve at business address and found it to be an unmanaged garage.

Whenever you need repairs on your home its tough to trust someone/a company to do the work. Ron and his team treated me like I wasnt just a 'customer'. All the jobs went great. The cost was very reasonable and fair. The quality of the roof and windows are excellent. Warrantee on all the products and labor. Ron does a great job explaining everything about his product line. I never feel he is pushing me into something, or never feel that he is sacrificing quality just to win the bid. I never had to worry about any surprises. Really just a fantastic experience.

Excellent process, Ron was very friendly and professional. Took the time to deal with some tricky issues, especially involving the siding and windows. So far only the roof and skylights have been done, with great results. Have high expectations for the remaining work to be performed.

KES did an excellent job replacing our roof and gave us the best price. The workmanship was great and we appreciated working with Ron throughout the process. He walked us through the replacement start-to-finish and helped us pick all the options we needed. One of the reasons we went with KES is because of the additional services they provide when compared to other roofers, as explained by Ron. They use stainless steel nails and GAF shingles, which allowed KES to offer us a very good warranty on the roof, which was important to us. The skylight was done perfectly, also. We are very happy and would not hesitate to call KES again in the future when we need our siding done.

Ron and his crew came in and did an excellent job. In fact, my neighbors have commented on how nice my home looks! Ron also took the time to go over the different windows and siding. He spent quite a bit of time at my home and he truly cares about making the whole experience go smoothly.

Ron Dawson was the best I ever had on Angie's List. I give them 5 stars out of 5 on everything they are wonderful, they did the job faster than it was supposed to be done, it was done 10 days early and they work almost till dark. Under extreme conditions it was cold and windy and they did a beautiful job on everything. They cleaned up after they finished everyday and did a wonderful job cleaning up. The best contractor I've ever known not just in Angie's List and I highly recommend them.
