We purchased a "whole House" generator from Kirkpatrick Generators and we could not be more pleased. From ordering the appropriate size generator to the equipment review and clean up after the installation, The entire process was flawless. Mark and his team did a fantastic job. Mark and team arrived right on schedule and proceeded to install the equipment. They were very efficient and knew exactly what do to to complete the installation properly. Everything was completed within 5 hours. Vicki was of great help in obtaining the building permit required by our township. The completed job was quickly approved by the township. Mark assisted us in finding a propane company to fill our tanks. Mark answered all our questions and made the entire estimate/installation process as easy as possible. His price was at least $1000 less than another estimate we had obtained. We did have a brief power outage recently and the generator came on as expected and shut off as expected when the power came back on. It is quieter than we expected.

They took care of everything from site electrical needs survey, permits, installation, arranging inspections,and follow up. I set about getting multiple quotes for this project, and Mark Kirkpatrick and his organization out-performed all the competition on responsiveness, price, delivery and included scope of work. Mark visited our home to do a site survey, design the system and answer my questions. He sent me the quote within 3 days. It was an easy decision to select Kirkpatrick Generators and once I had placed the order, the process was smooth and efficient. His office handled getting all the necessary permits from our township and scheduled the install about a month out, only because they were waiting for generator units from Kohler. During this period their office manager, Vikki, kept me informed of progress. On installation day, they arrived as stated and within 5 hours were demonstrating the completed system to me. Their workmanship was excellent and although it was necessary to shut-down power to the house, they kept that time to a minimum. I have chosen to have a maintenance contract for the system, and selected to have the On Cue remote monitoring capability installed. Kirkpatrick Generators will monitor the system for any issues that might show up during the weekly system test. The outside unit (engine and generator) is housed in an aluminum enclosure, which will stand up to the weather better than the plastic enclosure some manufacturers use. I have rated their pricing an A because they were able to provide a top-grade system at half the price of their competition. So, Mother Nature, I am ready for you if you decide to mess with our utility's power delivery!

They responded quickly to my inquiry and subsequent estimate. Mark was right on time for my appointment and there was no change in price from the quote. He was very neat and cleaned up anything that was necessary from the install. The work was done professionally and on time.

With running a business, we need our contractors ready and available when needed. When we call, Mark is always there to service our electrical needs no matter how big or small the job is. I informed him how my wife and I have medical issues that necessitate that the air conditioning not be off for too long. Mark organized a brilliant plan and orchestrated it effectively. He arrived the first day and laid out every wire and conduit and other needed products and affixed all necessary items to my house. The following day he proceeded disconnecting and re-connecting in such an expedient manner that allowed for the shortest amount of time to elapse where we were without electricity. Everything was connected carefully and properly and the new panel was neatly installed. All of the details about the Kohler generator were explained in great detail and reviewed after they were explained.
