Henry explained exactly how the work was going to be done and assured us that everything would be cleaned to perfection. He was right on that. The finished work looked spectacular. The crews arrive on time and work the whole day - do not disappear for hours on end. They spent a lot of time prepping the deck sanding by hand as well as hand taping each metal spindle on the deck! "They were very good / timely with their communication. Initially came by to give me an estimate. Was a little higher than the other estimate I got but they provided a water trailer which the other didn't which was good since we have a well. They came the next day and Power washed the deck and replaced one board that had routed. The next day the theysprayed the deck with Shirwin Williams solid color stain that was mixed to match the stain on the house siding. Did a good job. Would recomend."

"The contractor, Sean Hunter, is very friendly and a hard worker. He let me know what needed to be done and why, and he gave me a reasonable estimate. My two decks were badly in need of cleaning and staining and even needed minor repairs for nails sticking up out of the wood. Sean completed the power washing one day, and then he came back and finished the entire staining on another day. He seems to really care about doing a good job and he is a good communicator. He will call you to let you know when he will be there and he is very honest. I would use Sean again in the future for any deck maintenance work I might need."
