Kris was always prompt to respond to questions. He explained everything and understood what we wanted to achieve. He would suggest options and ideas. He was true to his time frame. Kris is very professional and knowledgeable. The deck looks amazing and we would use him again and highly recommend him.

KI Heavy Construction fixed our porch and put in a privacy fence, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Kris gave us a quote that outlined all costs perfectly. He also maintained great communication throughout the entire project. The KI Heavy Construction team was able to tear out and dispose of our old deck, and have the new deck installed in less than a week. They even worked through heavy rain to deliver on time. The results speak for themselves.

Kris and his team were great. Extremely professional and reliable. They took care of all the necessary permits and inspections and got things done in a timely fashion as promised. Kris kept me in the loop when unexpected issues arose and the communication was excellent. I was very happy with their work and dedication to the project. I would highly recommend Kris and his team.

Kris did work for us almost two years ago. We were disappointed because he was not careful in protecting our belongings when working. He used our bookcase to set his work tools on it and got white paint splatter on it. He balanced a ladder against a canvas painting and got an indent in it. Also we asked him if he could help us with a room we started putting trim in but we were not profressionals so we wanted him to complete the work. Well he didn't tell us that some of the trims were not sized correctly. He just nailed them and they look sub-par. One is too long and another is too short. We asked him to fix the bookcase after his moving it around dislocated a bottom piece and he just stopped responding after a while. Also he installed a bathroom fan that stopped working after about 6 months. He didn't put a coat to protect the painted trims so they are already chipped and losing paint in some spots. Overall I felt like he was pretty careless after he got another project to do and may have been overextending himself. The bathroom he did was beautiful but it will not last long since he did not put anything to protect the trim paint. And the wood that is holding up our sink.

Kris and his team were amazing. The communication was great, they showed up when they said they would an performed the work that was agreed upon. They were very friendly and professional.

Kris and all of the employees at KI Heavy Construction were fantastic. The communication was exceptional, the completion of the work to my expectations were exact, and the price fit into our budget. The old deck that was replaced was dangerous, but now we have a beautiful, quality deck that we're proud of. Found a lot of issues once we really looked at the quality of work Kris did. He cut corners to get our project done sooner like using our bookcase to set his wet paint tools down and balancing a ladder against a canvas painting on the wall. We asked him to fix a spot on the wall that was missed and he just never responded back. Some of the trims were too long or too short and he did not make any attempts to fix it or let us know so we can decide to purchase a new set of trim. He just put them on the walls and never said anything and it looks bad.

He was very patient with me, he is my angel, he did an unbelievable and awesome job.
