At Baptiste Masonry we take great pride in every job we do like it was our own home. With 25 years experience I have seen a lot of beautiful work done by others and I have also seen a lot of not so good work. My goal for my customers is for them to be 100% satisfied and have a smile on their face when the work is complete. The job is not complete until that happens. Kris was the service advisor that came out recently and he was prompt, friendly, and very thorough! Kris was honest about the scope of their work and left the decisions up to me about what I thought I could afford and handle at this time. A few years ago, I had Bakers Waterproofing do some work for me in another part of the basement. Jessie was my service advisor at that time and he was also excellent!
