We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. The door install required that a steel lintel be moved up to accommodate the height of the new door. We were very fortunate that we called Michener Chimney and Masonry to come and have a look. They came out in a timely fashion and gave their estimate to us in just a few days. Once we agreed to get the work done, Jim and his team from Michener began the work quickly. J.R. came out and gave me an estimate and he got me on his calendar. James the owner does most of the work himself which is nice. He grinded down a layer of the old mortar and replaced it with new mortar around my entire house, he also repaired my damaged chimney and acid washed the entire house. When he was done it looked like new construction because all the new mortar surrounded the brick with nice, fresh crisp lines."

"They redid the mortar in a portion of one wall and the chimney. They were on time, respectful, and responsive. Would hire them again if any other masonry work needs done. Remains to be seen whether it solved my problem re: a leaky window. But whether or not that is solved, Charlie and Joseph Little Home Improvement did everything I asked of them."
