We are also in the middle of a renovation project for our game room and that included the installation of a sliding glass door where a window was. Explained how long not to drive or park ,water on hot days, fillings top soil on borders etc. Also did parallel project of French drain on my backyard to divert run down water from hill behind my home to away from driveway for additional agreed cost.
