The guys that came and did the actual work were very nice and did a great job . The problem was the management from Bill and down to Travis , my basement has a toilet that could not be moved .. well by the floor being jackhammered damaged the toilet it now leaking because of hairline cracks at the base , after contacting Travis and sending pictures to him their response was we will send you $100 and you can buy a new toilet ! When Bill bid the job he made sure to tell me about how they are insured up to 2 million dollars Thst $100 dollars doesnâ t really buy a toilet and then the cost of getting someone to install it will be hundreds more for that reason of them not wanting to take care of what they damaged I would not recommend ABC to anyone they got their money snd could have cared less about my issue !! Poor communication with this company and also the broom swept my basement I sm still trying to clean up the mess and it has been 2 weeks very disappointed ! I guess I should say buyer beware !!

The company did a good job but there was no communication between the person bidding the job and the people doing the work. They didn't do what we discussed during the bid, but they did come out and fix it and were very prompt.

Detailed estimate; worked hard to finish in a timely manner. Gave directions on what to do after they left. The only disappointment is that they had to cut drywall and I now have another expense.

Very hard working guys who did a terrific job. However clean up and follow up needs attention. Pumped water could be better directed than on the driveway and would appreciate other solutions.

They did a really good job on my basement, although I had to go over their work very closely and insist that certain things were done properly. The contractor tried to short-change me on the work and cut corners that could have been detrimental to the project.

They did a credible job of raising my foundation and putting a good drain & paving in front of my garage door. The only problem I had is that, while they did clean up after themselves nicely, they left the dirt around my foundation in heaps and valleys. When I asked about it they said it would level out with time and rain. It did not. To be fair, I did not call them to complain. I am in the process of doing it myself.

The sales person was very professional, provided good evidence of his company good standing with regard to services, quality of job and reliability. Also, he educated us about important details of the contract and the project. The actual workers had some misconception of the scope of the work and required constant reminders and supervision from us to follow all the specified steps. As a result, the job was not finished in one day. However, the manager came very next morning and completed the project accurately. Unfortunately, the first heavy rain resulted in a small stream of water on the floor in the same spot that was problematic earlier. The company will have to come back and figure out what was done wrong in the first day of work when the piping and the sump pump were installed.
