At Sullivan Super Service, you’ll take pride in knowing you’re hiring a family-owned company that employs four generations of Sullivans and has been working in the Pittsburgh area since 1964. Bill and Anna Sullivan started their business out of their home with just one truck. As their family grew, so did their business and they opened a shop in Braddock and hired more technicians. Through the years the company grew but remained committed to offering the special touch of a family operated business.

The good news is, we work hard to train our technicians to provide customers with options so that each person can find one that best meets his or her needs. "[Member Name Removed], Please accept our sincere apologies that we did not issue a refund check to you in the amount of $99. After receiving your review I looked into the history of your account. I see where you contacted us on 12/11/17 and requested that we cancel your service plan with us because you would need service during non-business hours and the plan would not work for you. At that time there was no mention of a request for a refund, but the plan was cancelled immediately. I came across some notes from 1/8/18 where you mentioned to our customer service representative that you should get a refund for the emergency fee because we misdiagnosed the problems you were having. The customer service representative typed the notes, but failed to communicate to the office manager your request. This is a new customer service representative and since reviewing your account we have talked to her about the follow up that should be done should this ever happen to any of our customers. We will be sending you a check in the amount of $99. This will go out in the mail this Friday and you should receive it early next week. Again please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight.
