"Everything went very well. During the first sub zero cold snap of the year they repsonded promptly and kept the situation moving. They explained all of the options very well so that I knew what the options were and what were the key factors between the systems. Once I made a decision they even helped my secure a financing option as the quick repalcement was not a planned item that was bidgeted for. "I was extremely pleased from start to finish with Kowalski Heating-Cooling- Plumbing. I had several companies come out to give me a proposal to replace and upgrade our existing Furnace and AC. Jason Kowalski (Owner) came out personally and was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain all of my questions. He was able to put together a competitive proposal based on our needs and budget. Since our AC was low on refrigerant, he sent out a technician to give us a courtesy charge to get our old AC keeping us cool until the installation date. The technician who came out as well as both of the gentlemen who did the installation were professional, courteous and again went out of their way to answer all my questions and explain anything throughout the process. I would highly recommend Kowalski if you are looking to have any HVAC work done and at least consider them for a quote. Jill who works the front end of the office was wonderful to assist with scheduling and also answering our questions. I felt confident we had made the right choice and couldn't be happier with our new furnace and AC! "One of my home's bedrooms was showing mold on the ceiling and also in that room's closet.That closet also contains the entrance to the attic. My home is one story. I phoned MoldMedics (MM) and spoke with Thad. Thad came to my home the next day and inspected both the moldy bedroom and also other parts of the house, looking for mold that I might have overlooked. He told me what was causing the mold and he suggested what could be done in the future to prevent another mold outbreak. Thad quoted a fair price ($845 + tax) to fix the problem, and I accepted. Five days later Matt from MM came to my house and spent about 5 hours fixing the problem. Matt did an awesomely good job, including cleanup. Matt was very generous with his time spent answering my many questions, and he offered suggestions.Matt also gave my bathroom a quick chemical fogging, even though it was not on the original to-do list, thus it was a freebie. I am very satisfied with MM's fast response to my problem,their quality of work, and the fact that both Thad and Matt so patiently answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. "Because this website will not let me add or edit a review once submitted this is an addendum to my review of 10 minutes ago: Wow! My husband and I are so pleased with the work done by Bolster DeHart! I called SO many companies for estimates, with a lot of disappointing responses, everything from "What's hydronic heating?" from receptionists to "Oh.... that's gonna be a complicated job." Bolster DeHart gave us the most detailed estimate, they were 100% confident in the service they offered. Although its just in the basement, the finished job is a work of industrial art, I wish I could add photos to this review. My husband restored antique radiators for our house and they were OK with working with them. We could only afford to install a few radiators at the time and really appreciate that they were OK with this. We look forward to working with Bolster DeHart in the future to install the rest of our hot water radiators. We cant thank them enough for the fantastic service! :) Also, this work was STARTED and COMPLETED in Fall of 2019.show more

"Matt and team at the Mold Men went above and beyond the call of duty to help us with mold remediation for a bank owned home that we purchased. The bank insisted on paying the Mold Men from funds held in escrow and would only do so after the work was done. The team did a wonderful job remediating the mold. They were timely and professional. They cleaned up perfectly after each day. The job was done right.
