When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. They even had to return one set because it didn’t fit, and I was really impressed with their ability to pivot and ensure we had the best solution. Communication was excellent throughout the project. Kevin was very proactive, mostly texting us each day to let us know when to expect them and being flexible if I had traffic issues. "Bob remodeled our basement for us and did an excellent job. He completed the job the way he would have if he was doing it for himself. A few different times he wasn't happy with his own work and redid it without even having to be told. It's okay about 6 weeks to complete the basement remodel by himself. We added an entry door a window into the block wall and a mini split system. We plan on doing some more Remodeling and an addition and we will definitely be calling Bob for a quote and hoping that he's able to do the work. Would highly recommend.
