"ECC is AWESOME!! From talking with Lisa, who scheduled EVERYTHING!! to Ed the gentleman who came out and estimated the job, to Tony, his son and Jane (the installers) everything was seamless!! The communication was EXCELLENT!! Lisa is excellent at keeping me informed about the process and following up when things were done. I can’t say enough about Tony and his crew!! He went above and beyond my expectations! He even RE-routed a condensation pipe to the gutter so it wouldn’t keep dripping onto my shingles!! Just an amazing company!! "Had an amazing experience! This was the second time using this company and again I was not disappointed!! The guys showed up on time, were very professional. Explained what they were going to do. Since I had just bought a new house and the vents were so dirty they said they would like to use a disinfectant. "We have a yearly maintenance agreement with them after they installed our air conditioner. They're very efficient. They come when they say they're going to come and do their work. The last time they were here for AC, they did find a problem and fixed it at no charge."
