"We can't express enough our genuine gratitude on the awesome job Mike and Nick did refacing numerous 7 yr. old painted cabinets. Totally unbelievable! They refaced all the kitchen cabinets up to our ceilings. Made legs for our granite kitchen table along with other custom things my husband wanted and refaced a powder room cabinet to the ceiling. The guest bathroom was also refaced. Finally, my bathroom was completely transformed. They added shelves to an enormous to the ceiling quadruple linen closet. Heightened and customized a large countertop, installed a larger sink plus added 2 additional drawers to my existing 4 drawers. Useless space under the sink, they put in a huge slide-in drawer. They can and will make anything you need or want and absolutely go above and beyond. Mike, Nick and Cheryl are extremely professional, personable and accommodating. We admire their super strong work ethic (never late and minutes for a lunch break). Always respectful and then hustled to finish a days work with smiles on their faces. I wish you could see all the work they did. They deserve 10 stars and the wait was well worth it--trust me. They were meticulous. Perfection at the highest level!!!! All this work was done in 4 days. Money very well spent and prices very reasonable. We trust and highly recommend them and the company (American Kitchen Refacing Inc.) they are affiliated with. Everyone deserves a promotion plus a bonus for ALL they can do."

"Wally came out and took measurements, and prepared an estimate for us. The price was fair, so we agreed to the contract. There was a minor scheduling hiccup, but it was made right. "I first submitted my information to this company through their website. I received no response to that. I then called them twice to give my information. Each time I called, they told me I would hear from somebody in two to three days. I didn't receive a reply until I left a negative review. By the time I heard from someone named Ed, I already had another company out to inspect the damage in my home. I told Ed I'd get back to him if it didn't work out with that company. That company didn't get back to me for me to pay them and provide the estimates. I decided to try submitting my information for a project on Yelp. I received interest from one company. That company didn't call when they said they would, so it seemed like it was going to fall through with them. I called back Ed to set up a day and time to come out to visit. I ended up hearing from the company that I found after submitting my project to Yelp, and it seemed like they were going to come through with the estimates I needed. I called Ed back to cancel our appointment because I didn't want him wasting his time coming if this other company was going to provide the estimates. This other company wasn't calling when they said they would, getting back to me days later when I wasn't sure if I was ever going to hear from them again. I decided to call Ed to reschedule another appointment. This time he told me his boss didn't want to be involved with providing estimates if they're going to be used in a lawsuit. He referred me to another company, which didn't respond. After getting the runaround from two other companies, Ed and AW Martin got rid of me by referring me to a company that also didn't want to get involved. If a company has a problem with their estimates being used in a lawsuit, that sends up a red flag for me. It's frustrating, but I'm quickly learning how to deal with contractors. Don't tell them what you intend to use their estimates for. Fortunately, I've found a fifth company that I believe is going to provide the estimates I need. I was honest with them and told them why I needed the estimates, and they're even willing to appear in court to back up those estimates for a fee. In that case, I'm sure I can trust them, and their estimates will help me greatly with my lawsuit."

"Davidson and Son. I had a deck around my pool put up exactly 1 year ago from today by Justin’s and his crew and it is now separating from every joint and he refuses to fix it. He told me he would be back last year because the wood started to warp after a month of being up and he never came. I let it go because it was only a couple pieces but now the entire deck is separating. There are a ton of nails and screws the deck posts were pit directly into the ground instead of using sona tubes so it will surely rot a lot quicker if it was done the right way. Mind you this is someone I have known for years as well and does not stand behind his work and told me he spent enough time on it and will not fix it and doesn’t make the wood. Except if everything was plum etc. it wouldn’t be doing this."
