Our techs are experienced in all sorts of HVAC installation and repair, from heat pump systems and oil furnaces to air conditioner compressors and ac units. How we began As veterans of the industry for more than 10 years, we formed the company in Brooklyn in June 2016 with just one van and one technician. Fortunately, satisfied customers have rewarded us with many referrals and now we have seven vans and 15 people on our team, including office staff. We’re very proud and very grateful for our success. The team leader is Greg. He oversees all three locations and keeps us organized, making sure we respond to calls and we don’t leave until the customer is satisfied. Our techs are experienced, licensed and insured. We can help you, whether you want a new heat pump, a boiler repair, clean air ducts or a commercial HVAC overhaul.

"Our inspector, Joe Donnelly, was recommended by our realtor. He was very nice and did catch a lot of smaller things on our home inspection. However, he majorly screwed up on the electrical part of the inspection: he noted that there were a few double tapped breakers that we should get fixed, but somehow did not notice that none of the breakers were GFCI or arc-fault protected. He also missed the lack of sticker on the box, which meant the electrical work in the house had never been inspected (or at least never passed). When we called an electrician in to fix the double tapped breaker issue, he immediately pointed out the non- arc fault, non-GFCI, no inspection situation and was shocked the home inspector didn't notice either issue. We now have gotten estimates of several thousand dollars to fix the electrical issues, expenses we were not planning on. If Joe had found these issues, we likely would not have gone through with buying this house."

For 20 years, ECI Comfort has been designing and installing high-efficiency HVAC systems throughout Bucks County and the surrounding areas. Through our work with Unico and Mitsubishi products, we are able to install high-performance, high-velocity systems in a variety of homes, specializing in those that do not or cannot encompass conventional ductwork. "ECI Comfort replaced our heat pump, which included the outside unit, inside air handler, and thermostat/control, in April of 2020. We paid competitive pricing. Our Trane system is still working like new! During our first regular servicing of the unit, the technician, Selinda Killing, found our Air Scrubber (a device to clean the air as it passes through the Air Handler) not working. That item was added to the Air Handler, free of charge, during installation. Today, the Ultra-Violet Bulb, which is the piece that does the actual cleaning in that Air Scrubber, was replaced by technician Mike Slawecki. That is working well, again! Ms Killing, Mr Slawecki, as well as the entire installation crew, in 2020, were totally professional and polite. Our Air Handler is in our attic, with not-easy-access in the master bedroom walk-in closet. The entry to the attic is 18" X 48", and everyone has handled that very small area without issue. Removing the replaced components, as well as, bringing in the new components, through that opening, was not easy. My wife and I have been quite pleased with all ECI has done for us. ECI Comfort is a first-class operation, and we would recommend them for all of your HVAC needs!"
