"They arrived at our home as scheduled. They walked through the house to check all the air ducts that needed to be cleaned. There was no instruction giving on how the process was going to go and with this being the first time we had ever had this done it would have been nice if someone had told us that. They were done in a timely manner, asked for a signature and were out the door. After they left I went upstairs and it was dust left on the bathroom floors from where they pulled the vent cover off. Would have been nice if they had cleaned that up but wasn't a major issue. Overall they did what they came to do and was done in less than an hour.

In addition to their punctuality, I was impressed by the quality and speed of their work.
