The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. "I would give MORE stars if I could. Service was excellent. Greg arrived at the appointment time, was clear about what he would do and how he would do it. He was very clean in his work. He removed all duct covers, then began the cleaning. I had some issues with the antibacterial disinfectant (allergies) he would be using. He advised I could research it and let him know. He even allowed me to smell the disinfectant. We did use it and the smell was very mild and dissipated in about a half hour. After cleaning the duct work, he returned all the duct cover and cleaned up his work area. He worked by himself and had the job done in under 3 hours. And the price was fantastic, coming in at over $150.00 and $300.00 less than 2 other bids.
