I had an AC installed in July 2023. There is a coolant leak due to a valve that the installer admitted he had issues installing. I reached out the first week in May and the installer said it would be two weeks to get the part installed under warranty. He was apologetic and admitted fault. The company then strung me along for two months repeatedly telling me they would be out soon. Then they stopped answering and have ignored any calls and messages. It has been almost 3 months since I contacted them originally about the issue and they seem to not honor warranty coverage.

John called me to discuss my problem. Diagnosed and fixed within a reasonable time. The cost was in my budget. I would use and recommend John for future projects.

I would highly recommend John's Heating and Cooling! John is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. My heat pump went out on me in the middle of winter. John replaced my whole system in a few hours. Him and his team are true professionals. I was very happy.

Do not use this company. Charged me 1200 for repair, including 700 for 2 pounds of r22 freon which I previously paid 50 per pound the week before on another unit. Total rip off company

On a holiday in 90° weather, my AC unit went out. John's came out the same day and assessed the problems and was ready to install in less than 48 hours. Everything is very well done and the workers were very professional.

Was highly impressed with John 's professionalism. He returned our call within 5 minutes, showed up when he said he would (same day), Was courteous and efficient. He quickly got to the root of the issue, fixed it promptly and didn't charge an arm and a leg for it. Highly recommend and will have him back in the fall to look at our heating.

John Ferris was my angel from Heaven, He was the first one that called me within minutes of me filling the form on line. He had empathy for situation. Two of us and the dog in danger with 92 degrees for 2 weeks. Both adults with severe medical conditions and the dog patting all the time. I thought I was going to lose my dog to the heat. There should be more John Ferris out there.

John worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and fix our problem during one of the hottest stretches of summer. His response time when we first reached out was amazing - he came out the same day to take a look and see if he could get us comfortable quickly. When we discovered it was a bigger job than we had hoped, he reshuffled his schedule to accommodate us. He also kept us in-the-know about what he was doing, what problems he was encountering, his arrival times, plans for the next day, etc. He was just a superb communicator and worked incredibly hard to get us back up and running. I really appreciated his honesty and advice on doing things the right way instead of whatever might be easiest. Great guy, very knowledgeable, and his helpers were also diligent and polite. Highly recommend!

Very reliable, I had ongoing issue with my central AC unit that I thought would need to be replaced. John was able to repair the unit and replace the necessary part. Good communication also!

JOHN IS A TRUE BUSINESSMAN CAME OUT AN FIXED AC WHEN TWO OTHER MAJOR COPANIES FAILED AND DID ON A SUNDAY I F YOU NEED AC WORK THIS IS THE MAN

John did an amazing job ripping out my old baseboard heating system, and install a new Central air system along with forced heat!! Highly recommend John's Heating & Cooling!!!!! Prices are great and the work is top notch!!!!
