"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

"Dave came Monday evaluated my system for repair. I ask for information to replace instead because of a prescient leak and possible over stressed system. Jerry came Tuesday. I decided to place with a 2 1/2 ton unit 3 ton to better fit home needs. I had an air cleaning unit added. I also had mini split unit installed in garage. The four man crew came Wednesday installed very thing plus cleaned the ductwork. I am very pleased. The compressor unit much quieter than the old, hardly hear it. By the way this is all done with the Coronavirus social distance thing. Very one did extremely well."

"One of the most honest people i have ever met. After being quoted thousands of dollars from other companies he came over and told me he was not going to charge me to replace something that could be fixed. He quickly fixed the issues and also assisted with a couple of other problems i had. Was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail about my A/C and heating unit. I would absolutely recommend Advent Air Conditioning and Heating first before letting one of these other companies rip you off."

"Greg reached out to me immediately after I sent out a request to check my heating system. He came down and immediately diagnosed what the issue was, ordered the needed replacement part, constantly updated me of when he expected to receive it. Within a day, he received and replaced faulty part and my heating system is back up and running. I highly recommend APT due to my wonderful experience with Greg."

"Very thorough but offered to sell me a new air conditioner which I didn't need"

"Greg and Chris were on time. They were fast, clean and respectful of my home. Big improvement almost immediately to our air system. I would absolutely use them again and recommend highly!!"

"I?ve used Retro a couple times now. Anthony is alway very professional and knowledgeable about what?s going on with my AC system. He?s always about to able identify the problem right away and fix it. Will be calling again in the future if needed"

"Efficient and reliable. Made time for my problem air conditioner, at the last minute, two days in a row. Really terrific. Would HIGHLY recommend."

"Simply outstanding. I had been using another company I will not name here, but looking over the HORIZON for help since they could not service my Air Conditioner until August, I turned to Home Advisor. Desperate for help, low and behold up popped Mechanical Monster. Expecting another July/August response, I spoke to this very nice lady, and she said the owner Jeff had an opening the following day! Wow! I was still a bit leery but Jeff showed up, explained to me everything he was doing, made me feel at ease. He found the problem, went above what a normal repairman would do and said you will have Air Conditioning tonight. He was out in the dark, in the rain, getting done. I have not had customer service like that in probably over 30 years. This is a great example of what America used to be, companies going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. This is rare in these times, and I am really blessed to have come upon Mechanical Monster and Jeff. Renews my hope for our great country that there still are companies out there to put their customers first."

"Andrew replaced our heating and cooling system and went above and beyond. He ran into a lot of faulty wiring from the previous installation and made everything right so we have a safe and functioning unit. He worked long hours to get the job done quickly as well. Thank you Andrew! Totally recommend and will continue to use him and his company."
