Heat Pump Repair or Service
Greg reached out to me immediately after I sent out a request to check my heating system. He came down and immediately diagnosed what the issue was, ordered the needed replacement part, constantly updated me of when he expected to receive it. Within a day, he received and replaced faulty part and my heating system is back up and running. I highly recommend APT due to my wonderful experience with Greg.

APT was the first to respond to my request for service. They came out immediately, assessed the situation, ordered that part and quoted a reasonable price. A few days later, they came out and fixed my furnace. You canâ t ask for more that that, except maybe alternate payment methods: they only take cash or checks.

Outstanding in every regard. Showed up on time, performed the service in a timely manner and performed only those services necessary. I thought something was broken and needed to be replaced only to be informed that it was in good working order. This saved me significantly. This level of honesty is most refreshing in this day and age. As a result, I will definitely use APT again and already plan on having them perform some additional non-critical services in the future. I couldn't have been more pleased with my first experience using Service Magic.

Came to the house when scheduled. Completed work in timely fashion. Explained work being done. Explained potential problems that may need to be done or addressed, (without pressuring to have them done), just so we are prepared to deal with them eventually. Was priced reasonably compared to other estimates. We plan on having this company do our heating/cooling servicing annualy now. Would reccommend highly :)

Very timely service and did a very professional job replacing my air conditioner coil. Greg was excellent in communicating what the problem was, how he would solve it and how much it would cost. There were no surprises or add-ons at the last minute. He was willing to work his schedule to fit mine and also communicated with me over email (which I asked for) as it was the best method to fit my schedule. I will definitely call Greg in the for any heating or cooling issues that i have.

Our furnace had to be serviced and we invited Greg. He did an excellent job. He pointed out what might be the problem in the future and gave us tips on how to maintain our furnace. We have an older furnace which has a lot of covers and shutters and Greg spent extra time cleaning all the parts of the furnace.
