"Working with Paradigm was easy from quote to finished work. This started out as exploratory--we had taken on a tiny amount of water during our first summer in the house. I called to schedule a quote, and Bob was able to come out within a few days. As he inspected the basement, he clearly explained everything that he was seeing. His expertise and willingness to talk through his recommendations in detail gave us a lot of confidence. This turned into a larger project when we took on a lot of water from a new area during a few days of severe storms. They worked with us to move up our first date and get on the calendar ASAP for the second round of work. They worked quickly and efficiently to do the first round of mold remediation and waterproofing, which involved removing damaged wood paneling, treating studs, installing a vapor barrier in a crawlspace/trench, and digging out basement window wells. The second day of work was the larger project. We had a small sump pump and hydrogap on one wall of the basement, but we needed to install drains to catch water from two additional walls. The existing sump pump wasn't large enough to handle it, so we needed a new system. Bernie and his crew showed up on time, and Bernie walked me through all of the work that they would be doing. Throughout the day, Bernie, Andy (an owner), and a couple of crew members took time to answer all of the questions that I had. They were patient, professional, and very customer-oriented. I am also very impressed with the quality of work that they did. They removed a wall and shower from the bathroom, rough casted and parged a wall, touched up parging on other walls, installed the drains, and replaced the sump pump. They pay attention to detail. Everything looks clean and solid, and they clearly know how to work efficiently. They are also very careful with clean-up--they didn't leave any dust or debris behind. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!"

"I have had numerous contracors work on my home recently and I rate Bob and Ryan Cunliffe at the top of the list. The inspection and assessment of the job was done on site by co-owner Ryan Cunliff . He willingly and patiently gave honest straightforward answers to my questions with no pushy sales pitches or pressure. We talked to several companys before choosing Basement Medics to do the work in our crawl space. It included over 200 linear feet of drainage trench, three sump pumps with two water powered backups installed and the insulation and encapsulation of our crawl space. The owners were on site throughout the whole project and participated with their employees in the very difficult work of crawling around a 33" high 60 year old crawl space chopping and digging for a week. Projects like this are not cheap but when you see what they have to go through to do it you understand the cost. Their employees were polite and always cleaned up after each day. "On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."

"I was really impressed, the work was completed in just one day! The crew was super great, they had a bunch of people out. They did everything too I didnâ  t need to get really anything set up. We just made sure the walls were clear of anything so they had room. I needed 148 feet of drain installed and ordered 2 new sump pumps with it. It came out to $13k (I found a coupon too!) and Iâ  m just really glad to get this taken care of. My basement usually floods with heavy rain, legitimately half way full of water and we just had a rain (semi heavy) and itâ  s dry. This is the first time Iâ  m actually excited to see it rain next to check out the basement lol. I went into it expecting this to just help mitigate the flood waters but Iâ  m really hopeful this install will actually deliver 99% dryness ð   ð   . I do have to say, I wasnâ  t sure Iâ  d choose DryTech at first because I must have gotten 3-4 phone calls a day from their calling team after looking into waterproofing on HomeAdvisor. They were reallly trying to get me to schedule with them but I wasnâ  t ready just yet. It was a tad bit annoying but after looking at the reviews and whatnot I was definitely onboard and so glad I went through with them."
