"We hired Zach and Ed to clean the rugs throughout our entire house. They are the only company I called who actually came to see the house and the condition of the rugs. I appreciated that their price estimate was based on seeing the house and not just a quick number on the phone based on the number of rooms. When Zach came to my house he was clear about the difference and how he would approach each area. He told me what gets moved and how they handle closets and other places hard to reach places.
